Right of withdrawal

Your cancellation rights as a consumer buying at a distance. Pending legal review.

Not yet drafted. This is deliberately left for Aviajur rather than written here. Withdrawal rights on a vehicle commissioned to your specification are not the standard fourteen-day template — goods made to a consumer's specification are treated differently, and getting that wrong is expensive in both directions.

What we can already tell you

  • You owe nothing until you accept a written figure, so there is no commitment to withdraw from before that point
  • Once we have bought a specific car on your instruction, that car exists because you asked for it, and the position is different from ordering something off a shelf
  • Clause 6 of our terms covers what happens if a car falls through before purchase

If you are considering an order and want to understand exactly where you stand before you commit, ask us — we would rather have that conversation up front than rely on a paragraph neither of us has read properly.
