We source, purchase, import, homologate and register vehicles from the United States on your instruction. We act on your behalf; we are not selling you a car from stock, because we do not hold stock.
Every figure on this website is an estimate. Estimates are not offers and do not bind either of us. A binding figure is one we send you in writing, referencing a specific vehicle, and it is valid for the period stated in it.
Where a figure depends on something outside our control — the exchange rate on the day of purchase, the CO₂ basis accepted by the authorities, or the customs valuation — we say so in the quote and state the assumption used.
20 % of the vehicle purchase price, reducing to 15 % on the portion above €50,000, 12 % above €100,000 and 10 % above €200,000, subject to a minimum of €4,500. Customs duty, import VAT, NoVA, freight, homologation and registration are passed through at cost and shown separately.
The desk pre-check is free. A full in-person inspection is €1,000, payable when it is booked, and is credited in full against the purchase price if you proceed with that vehicle. If the inspection leads us to advise against the car, the fee is not refunded — the work was done and the report is yours — but the next inspection in the same search is €750.
Nothing is due until you accept a written figure. After that: the vehicle price and freight on purchase, and duties and taxes when the vehicle clears customs. The balance of our fee falls due on handover.
If a vehicle is sold to someone else, fails inspection, or turns out not to match its description, we do not buy it and we continue the search. Amounts already paid for that vehicle are refunded, less any inspection fee under clause 4 and any third-party costs already incurred on your instruction.
The timescales we give are honest estimates based on the route and the vehicle. Ocean freight, customs and the approval authorities are not within our control, and delay by them does not give rise to a claim.
Used vehicles are sold as inspected. The condition report is the description; where it and the seller's listing disagree, the report governs. We do not warrant a used vehicle beyond what is stated in writing, and any manufacturer warranty is a matter between you and the manufacturer.
We are liable for our own work — sourcing, handling, filings and advice — to the extent provided by Austrian law. We are not liable for the acts of third parties we engage on your instruction, beyond selecting them with reasonable care. Final wording subject to legal review.
